Summary
Purchased in 2010, this ex-local authority house from the 1960s originally featured 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a living room. Upon acquisition, we immediately let the property while planning for development and resolving a right of way issue. In 2012, after securing planning permission, we demolished the original house and constructed three 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom flats adjacent to the existing building at 30 Atheldene, with an alleyway on the right.
In 2023, we further developed the existing alleyway to connect the property to 34 Atheldene. The development now consists of three upgraded flats, each featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This project showcases our commitment to transforming older properties into modern, functional living spaces.
